Oregon Music Teachers Association (OMTA), founded in 1916, is affiliated with Music Teachers National Association, the oldest professional organization of independent and collegiate music teachers in the United States. The Eugene District of OMTA consists of approximately 75 professional musicians who are committed to providing the highest quality of musical instruction and performance in Lane County. Membership is open to qualified teachers of all instruments.
