  • is the newsletter of the Eugene Chapter of OMTA published monthly, except July and August, and and posted on our district website prior to each monthly meeting. Please make the greatest use of by submitting news about you or your students, coming events, recitals, workshops, and any information or suggestions you feel might be helpful to the membership.
  • Event Chairs should submit news about their event for publication in the two issues prior to the event. A summary of the event should be submitted for publication in the issue following the event.
  • Please write news, reports, announcements, advertisements, etc. exactly as you want them to read when published. The editor will not re-write articles.
  • All materials should be submitted by e-mail whenever possible. Attachments should be in MS WORD, PUBLISHER or PDF file format or copy and paste text directly into the e-mail. If you choose to used the USPS, please mail materials at least 3 days before the deadline.
  • You should receive an e-mail notice with a link to the new issue before each monthly meeting. If you are not receiving this e-mail, or if your e-mail address has changed, please notify the editor.
  • The deadline for publication of all materials is the Saturday before the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Materials received after the deadline will be published in the next issue.
