Eugene District Spring Recital

General information

This is a wonderful recital opportunity for any student, and especially for those preparing for Spring Syllabus! Memorization is not required, but encouraged!

St. Paul Catholic Church, 1201 Satre St., Eugene

Deadline

All forms must be postmarked by March 3nd, 2026. You may hand deliver entries up to March 9th, 2026.

Fee

Entry Fee: $15 per OMTA student

Application

Please complete a separate Student Entry Form for each student, and ONE Master Entry Form per teacher. Forms are available on the district website under the "teachers resources: forms" tab, or from these links: Student Entry Form, Master Entry Form

Please send all forms and ONE check for all fees, payable to OMTA Eugene District to chairperson.
